How Private is the Lake House?

1. There is a full time resident living in a studio above the garages of the estate.  The resident also uses one of the garage stalls.  They do not have access to the lake front or its amentiies.  Click this link to view a site map showing the location of the garages and studio on the estate property.
2. There is external video surveillance of the driveway, pier and buoys and the back deck.  These are used to monitor animal activity and ensure site safety

Is there ongoing work at the Lake House?

• The Lake House was purchased in late 2025 and there were various furnishing and kitchen upgrades made inside the house in the first few months.
• Both the Sewer and Water lines were replaced June through July of 2026.
• Various exterior landscaping projects progressed through the Summer and into the Fall.  These included the installation of Best Management Practices for storm water management, the building of planter terraces out of the existing shale rock, driveway maintenance, the installation of exterior up lighting and upgrades in the irrigation systems.

Plans for the future include:

• The installation of granite steps down to the beach area.
• Spring planting of the planter beds.
• Tree installation on the property lines for additional screening.
• A terrace adjacent to the forward deck.
• Assessing the feasability of a lake front hot tub.
• Retaining wall and sand application at the lack front.
