Each home offers something different. The Lake House puts you right by the water, with a pier for taking in the view. Tahoe Retreat offers a base for exploring and a hot tub to come back to. The Warm Guest House is a cozy escape for two, while Skyland brings people together around lake views and fireside evenings.

General Questions
Do you support group functions?
The Lake House is available for larger guests and group celebrations. There are available Lake Front homes adjacent to the Lake House that offer and additional sleeping capacity of 20 in addition to the Lake House 4 bedrooms. Contact Alex to discuss your group stay.
Are the Properties all Lake Front?
No. The Skyland Haven, Warm Guest House and Retreat at Agatam are all located in quite, residential neighborhoods on the North Shore. See Our Homes page for a map. Skyland is in Dollar Hill and a short distance from local beaches. Retreat at Agatam is two block from Tahoe Vista Recreation Area Beach. The Warm Guest House is two blocks away from North Tahoe Beach at SR 267.
The Lake House enjoys 100 feet of lakefront access including a pier. It offers water recreation including kayaks, paddle boards, and hydro bikes.
