How Private is the Hot Tub at the Warm Guest?

1. The Hot tub is located in the rear of the main residence. That backyard is open to the 9th fairway of the old Rockway Golf Course
2. We as owners often use the hot tub. We often communicate with our guests via messaging or text to ensure privacy and access.

What kind of neighborhood is the unit located in?

• The guesthouse is located in a very quiet residential community that is surrounded by the old Brockway Golf Course. There is a very good restaurant down the street and shopping at Safeway less than two blocks away.
• Many people enjoy walking the neighborhood and there is also a state beach two blocks away and Kings Beach is three blocks away.
